Debt collection message with no real company name

Got a call from this number (866) 673-9570 and the woman said her name was Megan Smith. She left a message saying this was for me about some collection matter in their office. She said they tried to reach me before and that the creditor made several attempts for me to respond.

The message said if I don't contact them it will be seen as me trying to evade the issue. That doesn't even make sense. I've never gotten any calls from any creditor about anything. She didn't say what the debt was for or who the original company was. Just gave me her name and this number to call back.

I haven't called back because I don't know who these people are or what they're talking about. No company name was given, just a person's name and a phone number. Feels strange to get a call like that out of nowhere.
