Message saying I owe on a collection matter

I got a message that said it was for me and that they tried everything to reach me about a collection matter in their office. It said the creditor made several attempts for me to respond and handle it. This was their attempt to get my attention before it gets marked as me trying to evade the issue.

It told me to contact Meghan Smith if I want more information to handle the account. The number they left was 866-673-9570. I don't know what this is about and I don't recognize any of this.
