Pet memorial site charged me 30% to cancel
They just gave me the run around for hours with emails. Just generic replies, or asking me for info I already gave them. Then they say it's too late. What a bunch of liars.
I'm a disabled woman on SSI and I take care of my adult son who has autism. I can't afford to just lose $145.00 like this. I told them why I wanted to cancel, that it's a pet memorial site and I'm still too hurt over losing our pet. Buying it was making me feel worse, and they didn't care at all.
