Texts from Melissa Harris and Harris about a DC balance

I keep getting texts from Melissa, Harris & Harris saying they collect for The Government of Washington DC. The message says I have a balance of $480 and gives a link, hhcollect.co/Pd8Yy, or a number to call, 855-319-7310. It also says reply STOP to stop.

I don't owe anything to DC that I know of. They keep sending this same text and other similar ones. I never signed up for anything with these people and I don't know how they got my number.

I just want the texts to stop.
