Soldier in Yemen asking me to pay for his personals

So this guy says he's a soldier and he needs to retire. He wanted me to pay for his "personals" to be delivered to my house. First he asked for $6,000. I said no. Then he came back with $4,000. Still no. Then he dropped it to $1,000. I refused that too.

Now he's blaming me because he might die in Yemen. Like it's my fault. I'm not sending anything. The address shows Memphis, TN but I don't know what's real here. It's a phishing thing.
