Bought a faulty product and they stopped answering emails

I bought something from mendablecanada.com on July 13th. The product showed up and it was faulty. There's no phone number anywhere on their site to call them, so I had to email.

I sent them a few emails about it. Every time, I got some auto-response saying they would get back to me in 2 to 3 business days. Well, it's been a month now and I haven't heard a single thing from a real person. I just want my money back or a working product, but at this point I just want someone to answer me. Lost $119 on this.
