Ordered baby gates and never got them
On Aug. 3rd I sent an email to the support address they gave me asking about my order. No response. I checked my account and there were no extra charges or anything weird, just the original amount.
Aug. 5th I tried calling them and got some automatic message saying "unable to connect" from a New York number. That was it.
Then Aug. 6th, just after midnight, my credit card company texted me that they denied two unauthorized purchases. One of them showed up as ELVIORA HOME, which is the same name on my statement from the original order. I had already closed the card ASAP.
So I paid $44.97 and got nothing. No gates, no tracking, no replies.
