Calls saying I owe a bill and need to pay right away

Mercer & tanner have been calling me telling me that I owe a bill and that I needed to pay right away and that I could not make payments. They were pretty mean about it. So I reported them to the fraud agency or Ecautious.com.

They won't stop calling. I was told to check my credit info to see if the company I owe money to was on there and it was not. The person I spoke with told me that if it was not on there then I do not owe.

I don't know what else to do, they won't leave me alone. And now they are calling me from private numbers.
