Scammers no refund

I emailed this company 3 times and didn’t hear anything back. I wanted a refund due to it taking too long to get here. I also found it online for half the price elsewhere. They advertise 30 day money back guarantee, but it’s a lie. They have no one on the customers service and responding. Don’t order from MerrySquish.com

Website says refunds but no one answers emails

I ordered from MerrySquish.com and what I got was not what was described. The item came dirty and looked used. Their site says refunds within 30 days and to email [email protected] and they respond in one business day.

I sent four emails about a refund and got nothing back. No response at all.

After I got the bad product I googled them and other people are saying they are scammers too. Order number is ********. Just want my $34.99 back.
