Meta Verified but no one will help me

I pay for Meta Verified and my Facebook account got banned. That made my Instagram account restricted too, ID 17841462476336499. I sent in an appeal and it got rejected because of an ID verification failure.

I opened a human support ticket on October 12, 2026, case ID 17747451138834193. It has been completely stuck since then. No human has helped me at all even though I'm paying for Meta Verified.
