Website copied the real product ingredients and packaging

I ordered from metabolae.com and paid $32.00. The address on the site is 18121 E Hampden Ave unit C, Aurora, CO 80013.

This company completely copied the original companies ingredients, dosage and packaging information. It's a counterfeit product.

I have no idea what I actually received.

Facebook ad for Metabolae turned into a mess

I saw an ad on Facebook for Metabolae. It was telling some story about how using this and that and taking so much cinnamon will help a lot of different illnesses. I ordered and they sent a confirmation number with a # that looked legit, first 3 letters 1 number and 4 letters and 1 number. That is not their sequence. Then they send an email saying your order is confirmed.

I had to cancel my debit card and report fraud. The person sending the emails was AI and called themself KATE. I was also asked to post a compliment on www.trustpilot.com/evaluate/metabolae.com. Avoid this. metabolae.com AVOID!!!!

Returned packages but no refund from Metabolae

I filled out the return of goods form and sent it within 90 days. I sent the packages back on 9/3/2026 by USPS with signature required. The tracker said the packages were received on 9/8/2026.

I contacted Harold in customer support by email with the tracking number. On 9/10/2026 Harold said he received the tracking number and was going to search for the packages. No response as of 9/18/2026. No updates and no refund for Package #******. I'm out $83.19.
