Package marked delivered but driver took it

I ordered from Micas and they shipped it through some illegitimate shipping company. The delivery driver stole my package. I don't have issues with stolen packages in my building and I checked for it literally seconds after I got the delivered notification. They staged the delivery and put a fake label on the lobby door instead of bringing it to my actual door.

I filed a complaint with the shipping company for an investigation and they never contacted me back. So I reached out to Micas and asked for my money back. They sent me to another illegitimate company that I apparently paid for shipping protection and they're giving me the run around too.

Micas is saying there's nothing they can do and it's a total loss. I lost $138.65.
