Ordered a Sonic bed and tracking stopped working

I placed an order last month on www.micasitakids.com for a Sonic bed. I was charged $250 for it. At first I could track the package and it said it was in transit after leaving the warehouse. Then the next day the tracking link just stopped working.

I reached out to customer service about it already but I haven't gotten any response back. The email I have for them is [email protected] and the address shows Los Angeles, CA. I just want to know what happened to my order.
