Website said cashmere but sweater is polyester
The site says they're in Vancouver BC Canada but in the fine print their offices are in the Netherlands. And if you ask for a refund everything goes to China. Refunds are not as easy as they make it sound either. They won't cover return costs and only offered me 20% back or 125% store credit. But the website says the store is closing so the store credit is useless.
It took 2 weeks just to get my order and then another 2 weeks going back and forth over email before they approved giving me 20% of my money back. I spent $283.
