Email saying I owe money and will be reported to FCU

I got an email from [email protected] saying they were going to report me to the department of FCU and have my bank account frozen and that I would be summoned to court. There is no other information on this company anywhere, just this email address.

First they told me I owe $250. Now they are saying I owe $300. I have emailed them back but they never reply. They just keep asking for money.
