They took $12,000 pretending to clean my laptop
Over a few days they kept finding more "problems" and I ended up paying them $12,000 total. I thought I was protecting my stuff but it turns out it was just a scam. They were never from Microsoft at all. I feel so stupid about it now. They took all that money and I don't even know if they actually did anything or just made it worse.
