Popup said do not turn off my computer and call this number

My screen went blank for a second and then a message popped up saying I might have opened a suspicious site. It told me DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER and to call 855 366 1742, said it was Microsoft.

So I called the number. A guy with a heavy accent answered and I said hey, I think this is a scam. He cut me off fast and said NO SCAM, do not turn off your computer. That was enough for me.
