Someone named Mike showed up and replaced my garage door opener

Around 8:40 in the morning a guy named Mike Be, also went by Betito, came to my house saying he was there to check my garage door opener. He looked at it and told me it couldn't be replaced, that he'd have to install a new one. So he did. And he overcharged me for it.

I didn't know he wasn't the technician I actually scheduled until Vincent F. from Precision Garage Door showed up around noon. I told him someone already replaced the opener and he said they don't have a Mike working for them. That's when I realized something was off.

I called Bank of America about the fraudulent charge and they're looking into it now. Lost $1,657 total. The phone number is (855) 595-0220 and the address is 18375 Ventura Blvd #44, Tarzana, CA 91356.
