Delivery driver keeps saying they can't find my address

I keep getting messages from this person, their email is [email protected] and they call from 1(334) 867-0232. They keep saying the delivery attempts fail and that the delivery driver cannot find my address. That doesn't make any sense to me.

They have a website on Tiktok and their address is 115 spring creek rd, Geneva, AL 36340. I already lost 36 dollars to this. I don't know what else to do about it. They just keep saying the same thing over and over, that the driver can't find where I live.
