Paid for a 3D case but got a flat knock-off instead
The package came from China, but when I emailed them about the bait-and-switch, they told me I had to send it back to Canada. I asked for a prepaid return label and they refused. They wanted me to pay for international shipping out of my own pocket, which is $18 or more. That basically wipes out my refund. I'd be paying the entire cost of the case just to send back the wrong item they sent me. It's a shady way to get out of fixing customer issues.
