Ordered a light kit that was nothing like the ad
Then the real nightmare started. They use an answering service. I called and left messages four times and they only called me back once. This person named Jara told me it was my financial responsibility to send the product back to them, and then they would credit my debit card. So I sent it to the address they gave me. The package came back to me marked "no known vendor or address." I called the answering service again and they said they would pass the message along to Minova. That was it. Nothing else happened. I never got my 41.95 back.
