TikTok tank top order marked delivered but nothing came

I saw an ad on TikTok for tank tops from a company called mireledit. I paid $30.00 for the items using Apple Pay which is linked to my Cash App card. I got an order confirmation and a tracking number from China.

I followed the package online and it said delivered but I never got anything. So I contacted mireledit and they said they would resend it. They sent a new tracking number and I followed that one too. It also said delivered but again, no items showed up.

Now I have asked for my money back and I get no response at all. There are no pictures showing where it was delivered or anything. I just want my $30 back.
