Website for online purchase but email does not work
The address listed is 1800 Westheimer Rd Suite 105, Houston, TX 77098. I lost $42 on this. I just want to return the item but I can't even get ahold of anyone.
Shoes from mitchellbarocio.com not what was shown online
What I got is not what is shown on the website at all. The shoes I received are cheap quality and look nothing like the ones pictured.
I tried reaching out at [email protected] but nothing. The address on their site is 17006 s Figueroa Street Unit C, Gardena, CA 90248. Just want people to know what happened.
Website sent junk items and then stopped replying about my refund
They kept giving me options other than a refund. When I said again I just wanted to send the items back and get my money back, they gave me an address in Canada. I shipped them there and paid almost $50 just to have tracking. I sent them the USPS receipt.
They told me once they received the package they would refund me right away. I have not heard back since.
Shoes came from Canada not Texas and return costs too much
When I asked about returning them they told me I would have to pay for the return including Canadian tariffs and it would be costly. So now I'm stuck with these shoes. They said I could only get 20% back of what I paid. They never told me where the items were coming from or about the tariffs.
I'm pretty sure other customers have gone through the same thing. Either you pay a lot to send it back or you're stuck with something you don't want and Mitchell Barocio keeps 80% of what you paid.
