Loan company already knew my personal info

I was looking into a loan and came across Mityfunds. They claim to be a loan offering company. What got me was that they already had a lot of my personal information before I even gave it to them. I never provided any of that stuff to them myself.

Their website is Mityfunds.com and they list an address in DE, USA. I didn't lose any money but the whole thing felt off. How did they get my info before I even applied for anything? It just didn't sit right with me.
