Keeps charging my card after I already paid them
I tried contacting them at the email on the statement, [email protected]. Also called the number they had, (734) 751-2971. No one picks up or answers back. The address they list is 440 Monticello Ave Ste 1802 in Norfolk, VA but I dont even know if thats real.
Total they took extra is around 59.95. I already paid the original bill. This doesnt make any sense why they keep doing this. I just want them to stop and give my money back.
