Message saying I need to contact MLS group about a debt

I got a message saying I need to contact the MLS group to resolve a debt. It came from (202) 202-9724. There was no website or anything else.

I don’t know what debt they’re talking about. I didn’t lose any money yet but it felt strange. They didn’t give me any proof or a company name that I could look up.

I just ignored it for now.

Phone call about medical debt I never owed

I got a call from (731) 470-9800. The guy said he was with the MLS group and I owed some medical debt for $2,000. He said to press 1 to get sent to the right department. I muted the phone and then they just hung up. I don't know what that was about. I didn't lose any money but it felt off.
