Advertised all-in-one health device turned out to be cheap pulse ox

I saw this ad on tv for an all-in-one home health companion thing. It was supposed to take blood pressure, blood insulin, and pulse ox readings all in one device. So I ordered it through Klarna app from this company called mnyyody.com. I paid about $43.76 for it.

When it finally showed up, all I got was a cheap pulse ox that you could buy for like $10 at any drugstore. Nothing else. No blood pressure cuff, no glucose monitor, nothing. I tried to find a way to send it back and get my money back. I emailed them and they wrote back saying they don't sell any all-in-one device at all. So basically I'm just out my money and stuck with this thing I didn't even really want.

Ordered a blood pressure monitor and got a pulse oximeter instead

I ordered a device online from mnyyody.com that was supposed to monitor both my blood pressure and my blood sugar levels. I paid $39.99 for it. When the package finally arrived, the only thing inside was a pulse oximeter. That's it. Not even close to what I ordered.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but I haven't heard anything back. The website is still up though. I just want my money back or the actual product I paid for. This feels like a total ripoff.
