Hearing aid return runaround with no real person to talk to
When they arrived they whistle and just feel cheaply made. I've spent 2 weeks trying to send them back and all I get are automated emails asking me questions about my audiology report, which I know nothing about. Now they're saying my case has to go before some review board before they'll even give me a return address.
I can't find a mailing address for these people anywhere and I can't get a real person on the phone. I'm a 73 year old woman and I'm out $300 because of this.
