Paid for a product I never got from this company

I went to purchase from this company and they took my money. I paid $150 and never got any product. They refuse to refund me.

I tried to get my money back but they won't do it. The website was embody and the phone number is (347) 269-4270. Their address is 1811 Silverside Road, Suite 260 in Wilmington, DE. I just want my money back for something I never received.
