Job listing asking for personal info then auto rejecting people
Then I got auto rejected. Not even a real person looking at it. Just instant rejection. So I reached out to their recruiting team to ask what happened. They told me there are no open roles in my area. That's it. No other explanation. But the listing is still up and still says global remote.
This has been going on for months. The company knows about it. It feels like they're just collecting personal info from people looking for work. Nobody is actually hiring. I never got a straight answer from anyone.
