Job with Momentacom never paid me after probation

I signed up with Momentacom for a job and did their assessment test. I finished the whole 1 month probation period and they told me my first check was mailed out. That was almost a month ago and I still have not gotten my pay. On top of that I can't even get into the system anymore since my probation ended.

I've been calling and emailing everyone I can find and nobody responds at all. I have the emails and proof from the system they had me working in, but they cut off my access. I also filled out a W-9 with my social security number and other personal info, and now all of that is just out there because I believed this was a real job.
