Pool lights from Facebook ad not what was pictured

I bought a set of solar powered swimming pool lights off an ad I saw on Facebook. The website was Monastore.com. When they showed up, they didn't look anything like the picture. I also found the exact same lights on amazon for like a third of what I paid for them.

I emailed them at [email protected] asking for a refund. I even said I would ship them back. But their customer service will only give me 50 percent back. I spent 75 dollars on these and they are just not what was advertised at all. It's frustrating.
