Charged again months after canceling subscription

I signed up for the 7 day trial on their site moneypiolet.com and forgot to cancel it. So they charged me 44.95 and I paid that. Then I emailed them asking to cancel my subscription just like their website said to do.

Well 3 months later they took 89.94 out. I've been doing disputes with PayPal and they won't give me a refund either and I don't know why. So I'm here to complain and now I'm going to my bank about it.
