Ordered from Monmist over a month ago and still no package
I've emailed their customer service a bunch of times. They did give me back the $6 shipping but they won't refund the full $20.27. I tried to find a phone number or a physical address but there isn't one. They sell through Shopify so all I can do is email them at [email protected]. They just won't give me my money back for the item itself.
