Message on Monster with fake names and chat only interview
The names they used in the message don't show up on LinkedIn or anywhere else linked to the company. I looked and they aren't listed online as working there at all.
What really tipped me off was they wanted to do the interview using Teams chat only. Not a video meeting or anything. That just didn't make sense to me.
Email about a data entry job that felt off
The interview was supposed to be with someone named James Marshall. No company name was really given in the email, just the job posting. It all felt strange and I'm glad I didn't click that link. The whole thing seemed like a scam to me.
