Website from a TikTok ad never sent my clothes
Time went by and the tracking said it was delivered. I emailed the company and they said it was delivered but offered to reship it. I agreed and the same exact thing happened again. I reached out one more time and asked for a refund this time. They said they would refund me and I never got the money back. No response at all after that.
I tried disputing it through CHIME but they denied my request so I'm just stuck. It was $27.89.
