Ordered a pen and now they want me to open a dispute
They told me there was a payment system error and they couldn't process the refund. They asked me to open a dispute case through my payment provider and said once I did they would accept it and give me the full refund. So I contacted PayPal to file a complaint. Now I can't find the website anywhere on the internet and my emails to them aren't being answered. Lost $52.33.
