Ordered from moonycozy and got junk with no refund

I ordered from moonycozy.com and spent $140. The items showed up and the quality is just horrid. Like really bad. I have tried to contact them about returning this stuff and getting my money back. This is my seventh time trying to reach out to them. Seven times.

Nobody ever responds. Not one single reply. I even have the tracking number still, JY26CAA0U047837961, and my order number is moony-3711268. How am I supposed to return this inferior product if they won't even tell me where to send it? I just want my money back for this junk.

Ordered sink cleaner from Instagram ad and never got it

I saw an ad on Instagram for a sink drain cleaner and placed an order on their website. That was on 05/16/2026. I still haven't gotten anything.

I emailed them a bunch of times through their contact us page, nobody ever wrote back. I tried calling the number they list on the site too, it's a Santa Barbara CA number, but all I got was some AI answering. No real person.

This is a scam, plain and simple. I'd leave a bad review if there was even a place to do it. Any dollar amount stolen is wrong, I lost $22.97.
