Dating site charges me but won't let me exchange info

I met someone on this dating site Mora and I'm pretty sure the whole thing is a scam. They got my money and I feel like an [censored]. The women on there don't pay to talk but I do. I paid and paid and even got the so-called intimacy score up high enough and they still won't let me exchange contact info with her.

The phone number they use is 1(270) 499-2797 and the email is [email protected]. They are out of KY. I lost about 100 bucks total. It's like the site is using AI or bought profiles just to take money from people like me. Somebody needs to do something about these people.
