Mask came in unbranded packaging from a Chinese vendor
I contacted Morra multiple times through their customer service email and on their social media accounts and got no response at all. Their website says you can email them to return your mask but nobody ever responds to the emails.
I think this is a scam company sending out sub-par masks with no way to reach customer service. I lost $100 on this.
