Site said cancel anytime but kept charging me anyway
When I sent them the screenshot, they said it was just the subscription management page with the cancel button visible. But it clearly showed the message "Your plan has been successfully canceled" from a month before. They finally admitted they mischaracterized my screenshot and offered me a free month of access instead of a refund. I'm opening a case with PayPal since I have the proof, but I just wanted to warn other people.
