Letter about car warranty with no company name

I got a letter in the mail that looked like it came from the DMV. Same fonts, same formatting, everything. It said my coverage was ending and there was a fake check for $199 in there. It even had my car's year, make, and model on it, which kind of freaked me out.

The whole thing was just trying to get me to call 1-888-307-3196 about some extended warranty I never asked for. The address on it was 700 Serramonte Blvd in Daly City, CA. It also had the Lexus of Serramonte name on it somewhere.

I didn't lose any money but it's pretty shady that they're using the DMV's look to trick people. I just wanted to report it.
