Ordered a sweatshirt months ago and still no refund
After about 3 and a half weeks I emailed them asking what was going on. They said it was shipped to the carrier and I’d have a tracking number in 2-4 days. That didn't happen either. On May 21 they told me they contacted the carrier and I should just wait. Then they said if they didn't have info by May 22 they would make another one and ship it through a different carrier.
On June 6 I told them if I couldn't get it by June 11 to just credit my account. June 29 I asked for the credit again. June 30 they said they would send tracking info, but I never got anything. July 8 I told them I still hadn't received the item. July 11 they finally said the carrier lost it.
July 22 I asked for a credit again. August 10 I told them they clearly have no intention of sending my order and asked for my money back one more time. No response at all since then. I paid $39.95 and got nothing but excuses.
