Ordered clothes from social media site and never got them

I ordered some clothing from this website I found on social media. The site is [email protected]. I paid $30 for the order and never received anything.

I asked for a refund and they emailed me back saying they are having delays with their refund process. That was it. No item, no refund, just that excuse about delays.

I don't know if I'll ever get my money back at this point.

Ordered tank tops that never showed up

I ordered 2 ten packs of tank tops from somewhere online. The shipping confirmation said they would be delivered July 28th and I never got them. I emailed the address from that confirmation, [email protected], and never heard anything back. I paid about 47 dollars for these and just got nothing. No package, no reply, nothing.
