Postcard saying time sensitive info needed from Mr. Cooper

I got a postcard that says it's from Mr. Cooper Mortgage. They were my previous lender so I actually know who they are. The card said I need to contact them ASAP about time sensitive information.

The phone number on it was (833) 382-7969. The address listed was 23309 Cornerstone Village Dr., Southfield, MI 48075. I looked up the number online and a scam alert came up under Ecautious.

Something about it just didn't feel right so I wanted to check before calling.
