Computer scare turned into FTC money laundering mess

My computer was hit by a Microsoft problem - like my computer was going to blow up. So I called the Microsoft number listed to get rid of problem, the loud noise, etc. BIG MISTAKE. I should have just turned it off which is what I usually do.

I when them transferred to Mr Edgar Coleman at the FTC. He asked me lots of question's said my name would be used for money laundering. He sent me important documents with seals to stop the whole thing. No passwords were ever exchanged. Also Social Security would be notified. WHAT A MESS.
