Call saying I won a sweepstakes with a claim number

Some guy named Andy called me from 1-504-374-8699. He said he was with Mr. Morrison, David Morrison, and gave me a claim number 28 1522. Told me I won some kind of sweepstakes or prize.

He gave me an address too, 515 Rusk ave. I looked it up and it's just a parking lot garage in Washington, New York. Nothing there.

Didn't lose any money but this whole thing made no sense. The email on it was [email protected] and the address said LA, USA. Just wanted to put this out there.
