Travel agent took our money and never booked anything

We started paying this travel agent back in June for a trip we had planned for October. She told us she was booking flights and the resort and everything. Our last payment was in August. About 3 or 4 weeks before the trip we asked her for confirmation on our flights and resort and she didn't have anything to show us. She stood us up and just kept giving excuses.

Then we asked for a refund and she said she would send it in a couple days. That never happened. She got almost 9,000 total out of all of us and still hasn't given anyone their money back. Now she won't answer anyone at all. No communication, nothing. I lost about 1,500 myself.

Her number is (267) 226-0248 and her email is [email protected]. Her address shows 4770 Vista St, Philadelphia, PA 19136.
