Paid for a race that never happened and nobody will answer me
I tried emailing them at [email protected] and got zero response. No updates, no cancellation notice, nothing. I also paid for refund insurance through something called Viral Run and that was a complete waste too. They never finish the process and won't answer any messages either.
I just want my money back at this point. Nobody will respond to anything and it feels like I got taken advantage of. The website is muddydash.com if anyone else is dealing with the same thing.
