Charged twice for vitamins I never ordered

I got a package in the mail with Multi Vitamins in it. I didn't order anything. Then I looked at my credit card statement and saw two charges for $69.00 each. So $138 total.

I have no idea where these came from. The package didn't have a company name on it that I could find. I didn't sign up for anything or give anyone my card info for this. Just got these vitamins out of nowhere and now I'm out $138.
